the founder of Rooted Consulting has spent over 30 years in the Retail industry, starting his career as a Sales Representative. He has spent time as a Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Shopper Insights Manager and more recently Country Manager in Switzerland and Commercial Manager for Central Europe. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. He has participated in global leadership programs and been exposed to and taken learnings from best practices within his field from Latin America, the USA, Europe, South Africa and the Far East.
